1. Introduction

Welcome to Selfcraft Legal ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Selfcraft Legal, concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

We provide trademark filing, copyright registration, and patent drafting services acting as a facilitator between you and the respective government intellectual property offices.

2. Scope of Services

Our platform allows users to submit applications for Intellectual Property protection. It is important to note:

We are a legal technology platform, not a law firm. However, we employ licensed attorneys to review your applications.
We do not guarantee the approval of any trademark or patent, as the final decision lies with the Government Registry.
Services are considered "delivered" once the application is filed and an acknowledgement receipt is generated.

3. Payments & Refunds Policy

All payments are processed securely. Please review our specific policies regarding government fees and professional charges.

                        Note on Refunds: Professional fees are fully refundable only if we fail to file your application within 7 working days of receiving all documents. Government fees, once paid to the registry, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
                    

If an objection is raised by the registry, additional charges may apply for drafting and filing a reply, unless you have purchased our "Premium" package which includes objection handling.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
